Mentoring can be both a rewarding and challenging experience. Although each mentor receives professional training, Amachi Pittsburgh encourages all of their mentors to seek any additional mentoring information, tips, or strategies that could enable them to provide the most fulfilling experience for their mentee.
The links below contain a handful of resources, both internal and external, so that our children of promise gain the most from this program. These resources will help our Amachi mentors to build stronger bonds with their mentees, as well as learn how to deal with particular conflicts and challenges that may arise throughout the mentoring relationship.
